Are we headed to NanoHell in a handbasket?

Will we have nanosmog over LA and New York? Or a nanofog smog over our heads from nano-anti-dandruff shampoo? "New! It's anti-nano-toxic shampoo for nano-anti-dandruff Head and Shoulders users." Everything under nanocontrol, don't worry*. A quick Google search reveals otherwise:
